How tracking works
- Order confirmed Right after checkout, we email you an order confirmation with your order number.
- On its way As soon as your order ships, you’ll get a shipping email with your tracking number. It can take up to 24 hours to show its first update.
- Delivered with love Most orders arrive within 5–14 business days. Your tracking link shows the latest delivery estimate the whole way.
- Can’t find your tracking number? Check your inbox (and spam folder) for the shipping confirmation email — your tracking link lives there.
- Checked out as a guest? No problem. Your order status page works with just the email you used at checkout — we’ll send you a sign-in code.
